Our Policy

We use the United States Postal Service for most plant shipments. First Class package rates work well for many packages and still provide tracking information. For faster, heavier shipments, it is hard to beat the flat rate boxes for Priority Mail. No matter the shipping method, we strive to get your package to your door with a transit time average of 3 days.

We charge fair rates for shipping. Our goal is to break even on the shipping, including our packaging, labeling, and printed growing instructions.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our plants to your satisfaction. If plants do not arrive as described, you will have 7 days to return your plants for a full refund of purchase price. Email us at service@hautecottage.com if there are any problems with your order.
